It may be April Fool's Day, but this list is NO JOKE!

Welcome to April! Although I could pull a prank on you all for April Fool’s Day, I won’t—job hunting is already stressful enough. So rest assured, all of these vacancies are 100% real and they are looking for someone like YOU to fill them!

April Fool’s Day is, however, a great reminder about applying for jobs in our present circumstances. Our reality is constantly changing, and we have to learn to adjust our perceptions of the world around us. We must be flexible, be willing to think differently, adapt, and roll with the punches. But, most importantly, we cannot cave at the first sight of trouble—we have to keep our wits about us and keep going.

Of course, this can be easier said than done. But you aren’t alone, and I am not just talking about my involvement in your public health job hunt. Public health sticks together, so don’t be afraid to cold email that recruiter or connect with and message someone on LinkedIn who works for a company you’re interested in. What’s the worst that can happen?
