Hie, I recently came across your publication and I am very grateful for these opportunities that you share. I thought to ask if these jobs you share are only open to US Citizens, or holders of work permits/right to work in the US? Are are there any instances where a company can sponsor a prospective employee's visa and work permit process?
Great question! While some jobs--particularly those that require a security clearance--are often limited to US citizens, many organizations can sponsor visas for non-US citizen employees. It tends to vary from place to place, but an employer's policy is often mentioned in the job description. I find that a substantial number of employers are able to sponsor--NGOs, academic institutions, among others--so don't give up hope!
